With the decision to rebuild the infamous I-81 for the new community grid in Syracuse, some of the city’s hubs for arts and culture are showcasing how the major roadway has affected, and continues to affect, the 15th ward.

A large-scale photographic installation by Jennifer Colten will be placed on 7th Street in Downtown St. Louis. It will open to the public on Saturday, with a walking tour and free reception.
